Im Wolfey! Or Wolfeypawbz, or whatever else you wanna call me!.+.I'm a furry artist born and raised in Texas!.+.I'm 21 years old!.+.I first started drawing when I could hold a pencil, and since then it's been my passion! I spent my whole life drawing, even to the point of getting in trouble in class for drawing instead of doing my work. To say drawing is a big part of my life would be an understatement..+.I would say now I'm primarily a digital artist, but I draw traditionally from time to time..+.My favorite colors are purple and pink! I love colors, especially pastels..+.Other things I like include Danganronpa, Project Sekai, Animal Jam, Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and other games along those lines..+.I have five dogs, two cats, and a hamster! I love animals, and couldnt imagine a world without my pets..+.I use an ipad pro and procreate!.+.

Section 1: Image Copyright

1. I, the artist, retain full rights to the artwork.-the client may not claim the artwork as their own or use the artwork for anything other than personal use.-I, the artist, will have the right to share the commissioned artwork on any social medias.2. Commissioned artwork is for noncommercial use only.-redistribution of my artwork in any printed merchandise, including but not limiting to stickers, keychains, pins, and clothing is not permitted. The client will not have commercial rights unless discussed beforehand. Commercial rights will be added upon an additional fee.3. Reposting conditions.-the client has permission to repost my artwork wherever they may like. They may use their commissioned artwork as profile pictures, banners, and social media pages, so long as proper credit is given (a link back to my carrd, or social media page) and my watermark/signature is intact and unaltered.4. Prohibited actions.-altering my artwork in any way without prior permission is prohibited. Cropping, resizing, or adding filters is fine.-claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.-tracing my artwork is prohibited, even if you commissioned the artwork.5. If these terms are broken, you may be publicly blacklisted from commissioning me or buying my adoptable designs.

Section 2: Payment and Refunds

1. Payment is accepted through cashapp, paypal, ko-fi, or payhip.2. Payment must be paid prior to starting the commission.-art will not be started without full payment.3. Refund policy.-I, the artist, may cancel a commission for any reason without explanation-if I, the artist, cancels the commission, a full refund will be given regardless of how far in the drawing I am.-if the commission is cancelled before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.-if the commission is cancelled after line art has been completed, the client will only be refunded up to half of the amount.-if the commission is cancelled during or after the sketch, the sketch may be repurposed into a YCH-no refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

Section 3: Miscellaneous Information

1. Visual reference guidelines.-client must provide at least one clear visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.-If linking the a gallery of your character's artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images, and may lessen my ability to accurately portray your character. Shading may also play a part in this.2. Workflow process.-I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the character(s) you provide. I am happy to match a pose you may have in mind however. If you have a pose in mind, I would appreciate a visual reference.-works in progress will be given at sketch, lines, and flat color. Progress will be paused after sending the sketch until it's approved.-revisions and edits may be made during sketching. Major revisions and changes may not be made after approval of the sketch.-if I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any visual element specified in the provided visual reference, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

Section 1: Purchasing

-purchase claims are reached through comments on Toyhouse, Discord, or Instagram. Toyhouse is most preferred for simplicity.-after confirming your purchase claim, I'll ask what method you'll be paying by. I accept Cashapp, Paypal, Ko-Fi, and Payhip.-all adopts are to be paid in USD-holds are only allowed up to two weeks. If payment is not sent after those two weeks, your hold will expire and the character will be put up for sale again.-payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase if no hold is in place.-claims cannot be converted into holds.-after payment is cleared, you'll be transferred the character via toyhouse.-once payment is sent and the character is transferred, I will not accept refunds.-claiming is on a first come first serve basis. In the case that an adopt is autobought with AB1, and then someone else tries to autobuy with AB2, the one who autobought first will be accepted. This is to keep things fair.

Section 2: Ownership

Do not delete my designs off of toyhouse.-If you hide your characters, please give me authorization, or an access key to see my designs.-I, the artist, retain all legal rights to my design. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only, unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me.-this includes but is not limited to monetized games, books, merchandise, and comics.-however, you are more than free to use the character as a mascot! As long as proper credit is given to me as the designer and it's not directly monetized. (Ad revenue while using my designs as a mascot is fine)-once you buy the adopt, it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.-I, the artist, will not revoke a design under any circumstances. If you paid for it, it's yours. If you are a problematic person, I may blacklist you, which means you can't buy any of my future designs.-you may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.-you may give me credit (a link to my carrd, social media, or '@' me if you post artwork of the character. (I love seeing artwork of my designs!)

Section 3: Reselling

-after the character has been transferred, you may sell, trade, or gift the character away.-I would like to be informed when my design is being sold.-the new owner will still have to follow the terms, and is not exempt. Make sure to link this TOS when reselling my designs.
